Did you know that sheep graze on seaweed many places in the world, and that some of these species are rich in protein content? Could this be a replacement for imported soy from Brazil?

The ALTPRO project (funded by the Research Council of Norway) brings together researchers from all over Europe to investigate this idea from multiple scientific perspectives.
