A new resource has been created to help practitioners, researchers, and organisations involve citizens in shaping the future of Europe’s marine and freshwater environments.
The EmpowerUs Project, led by Nordland Research Institute (NRI), is proud to announce the official release of the Women Making Waves Activity Book, a beautifully illustrated and interactive publication celebrating the stories of women shaping our coastal communities across Europe.
Hekta på Træna (Hooked on Træna in English) was organized to promote the solid cultural relationship between the Norwegian Træna community and the sea and to give participants a glimpse into the islands' rich fishing history.
